Shipping & returns

If any purchased merchandise is found defective or deviates from the specifications provided on the website, Universal Furniture will replace it in a timely manner. Shipping costs for replacement goods will be free of charge. In the event of a defective product, please contact Customer Service at 336-544-4034. Our customer support representatives will guide you through the process. You may return unused items within 30 business days of purchase for a full refund or merchandise credit. Universal will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a shipping error. Please contact customer service for further clarification and instructions on returning products.

Rush orders requiring expedited shipped that are received by 1:00 Eastern Time will be shipped same day as receipt. Normal processing and shipping time for standard orders is 5 to 10 business days from date of order receipt.
